We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased we were with the way the Crowne Plaza handled our party. Everything went wonderfully and according to plan. The staff was great. We especially enjoyed Ally, the bartender. She was lots of fun and made sure our guests were well looked after. Many of our guests commented on how much they liked the food and the venue. And those of us that spent the night as well were treated to very nice rooms.
As for Carolyn and I, we really enjoyed working with you to put the party together. Your suggestions were always right on the mark and you made life easy for us by handling all the details. We were especially impressed by how quickly you responded to each of our questions and special requests.

My name is Jim Arremony, a local business owner. This past January, my new wife, Wendy and I were married and were lucky enough to choose your Crowne Plaza in Auburn Hills to host our out of town guests, as well as our rehearsal dinner! In fact, the evening before the wedding on Friday, 1-18-13, we had the entire wedding party stay the evening. Your staff was so amazing to work with, that I wanted to write you a letter personally to let you know how well you are being represented!
Our first contact was with Moe Moua, your Sales Manager. She was so patient and professional! While we were checking other options, she was always there answering questions and willing to meet with us to clarify any questions or concerns we had. Her demeanor was so attractive, we actually decided to stay at your location even though you were the farthest from our wedding location! It was worth it to work with Moe!
Then we met Christine Ruedisueli, your Director of Catering. Christine actually confirmed that we had made the correct decision to stay at the Crowne Plaza. Once again, we were amazed at the professionalism and friendliness that was exhibited by your staff!
As if that wasn't enough, the Front Desk personnel were so friendly and accomodating. We received so many compliments from our guests concerning all of the staff and their desire to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!
As a business owner for 35 years, I've seen the full array of businesses run poorly as well as those run well. In your case, I can assuredly compliment you not only as to how you run your facility, but in the personnel you hire and keep! It's very obvious that whoever is in charge knows what they are doing!
